In an effort to continue to provide the very latest industry and technology advancements, Cross Country is pleased to announce we have partnered with Shaw Direct satellite to ensure that you, our valued customer, will continue to receive the best satellite TV programming and service available including high definition programming! As of March 1, 2011, you will notice the following changes to your satellite TV delivery:
Shaw Direct will now be the company billing you for your monthly satellite TV service. Cross Country has become an authorized Shaw Direct retailer, meaning if you or someone you know wishes to install Shaw Direct satellite in their home or cottage, or should you wish to purchase an upgraded receiver, you can do so by calling our office at 902-678-2395.
Should you require service to your existing satellite TV account, you will contact Shaw Direct at
1-866-782-7684 to arrange for our technicians to visit you for a service call.You will soon be receiving a "Welcome to Shaw Direct" information package in the mail which will contain all the information you need to contact Shaw Direct to arrange any changes or upgrades you may wish to make to your existing service.
